Terms of Sale

Placing an Order Timing
  • I generally respond to parts requests within 24 hours but sometimes it may be longer.
  • I generally package orders in the order payment is received, but sometimes small orders skip ahead or very large ones.
  • I generally package orders on Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday, but small orders may be done most any evening.
  • I generally mail packages that require a trip to the post office on Friday and/or Saturday; other packages may be mailed sooner.
  • Orders may not be held longer than 10 days without payment.
 Payment
  • Payment may be made via PayPal (send funds to dwayne@towells.net). Payment must be made with non-credit card funds. This is the fastest way to get your parts.
  • Payment may be made by Money Order or Cashier's/Bank Check payable in US Dollars.
  • Payment may be made in cash in US Dollars. I will not be responsible if payment is lost in the mail.
  • Payment may be made by personal payable in US Dollars. I will delay shipment until the check has cleared.
 Shipping
  • Shipping charges apply in addition to the total piece price.
  • USPS Priority Mail is the default shipping method (i.e., it will be used unless you specify otherwise). The cost of Priority Mail is $3.50 for less than one pound, $3.95 for up to 2 pounds, $5.15 for 3 pounds.
  • Upon request, First Class Mail will be used if the parts fit in a standard 6"x9" padded envelope and you want the parts shipped that way; cost is $1.75.
  • International shipping is available, please let me know your shipping address as soon as possible to speed the process. Default international shipping, for parts that fit in a 6"x9" envelope, is Global Priority Flat Rate; cost is $5.
